We drove there to be greeted by Angela and Brett. They spent so much time showing us options, explaining everything with detail. We never felt rushed and they never missed a beat. They didn't pressure us in any way and were such friendly people. Delivered within 2 days. We feel very confident after our meet up, we know exactly what to do and can't wait to relax in our new spa. “Ordered the Waiwera spa unseen as we had extremely good responses to all of our questions. We asked if the spa could be delivered on Friday afternoon in Pukekohe (a huge ask given traffic) which they kindly agreed to. The delivery went smoothly, we were given help getting it into place. This company are so easy to deal with and so onto it. The spa is excellent (we have owned spas for over 20 years). It’s the perfect size for us now we have downsized, lots of jets and our opinion much better value than the more well known brands. The overall construction is great, panels are easy to remove and put back on. Happy to recommend”
